We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Senior Contracts Engineer

Location: Lagos
Duration: 12 Months with possible extension.

Job Description

• Experience in call for tender preparation and the tender management process, negotiation of contractual terms and conditions for EPCIC forms, quantity surveying, estimating, cost/ budget control, execution phase contract administration and claims management and contract close out procedures.
• Claims defence and settlement.
• Amendment / Change Order negotiation and preparation.
• Final account preparation.
• Contract close out and warranty/ insurance claims.
• In house development of company procedures for cost and contract approvals process and compliance.
• Tender management process and due diligence compliance procedures for EPCIC packages, covering both on and offshore brown and green field development projects.
• Post award contract management and administration.
• Contractor/ Client interfaces and correspondence.

Requirement

• Over 10 years’ experience of contract and construction management for the delivery of oil and gas projects.
