Grand Oak Limited (GOL) is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Senior Production Manager

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Functionally reports to: General Manager-Manufacturing

Purpose of Job

To Perform the Roles & Responsibility as Head of Bottling/Packaging.

Duties & Responsibilities

Plan production and dispatches on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis according to forecast/budget
Ensure line efficiencies, wastage control and adherence to Quality Norms
Adherence and implementation of all applicable statutory compliances for bottling of products
Facilitate manufacturing excellence and ensuring adherence to all SOPs
Ensure team management & development
Facilitate OEE(Overall Equipment Effectiveness)
Adhere to preventive maintenance plan
Conduct the annual line budgeting exercise

Job Requirements

Bachelors of Engineering or related discipline
Knowledge of World Class Manufacturing practices
Good understanding of ERP Systems especially SAP.
12+ years of working experience within the Bottling/Packaging Industry
Experience within the manufacturing excellence environment
