Job Title: Supply Acquisition Specialist

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

  • The Supply Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for implementing all aspects of the company’s supply acquisition strategy to meet our revenue growth objectives.
  • You will also be responsible for achieving established revenue targets aligned with acquiring strategic bus partners within your assigned territory.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify bus partner possibilities and evaluate partner needs.
  • Actively seek out new supply opportunities to increase Shuttler’s fleet base.
  • Negotiate and manage strategic fleet partnerships.
  • Execution of strategic acquisition plans and implementation of tactical initiatives that align with Shuttler’s overall bus partner acquisition strategy.
  • Meeting and exceeding acquisition sales objectives and revenue targets assigned by management.
  • Implement and manage bus partner programs to maximize opportunities for revenue and market share growth.
  • Comply with all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes.
  • Oversee and manage the process of onboarding new bus partners with Operations Team
  • Strategize and prioritize our bus partner acquisition pipeline
  • Communicate regularly with Management Team according to specific, team-based metrics/KPIs
  • Conduct weekly supply acquisition team meetings to identify and share best practices, lead sharing, and training.

  • Demonstrate understanding and follow the established processes for sales engagement at Shuttlers.

Communication:

  • Provide detailed reports on interactions with customers to the sales team.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Directly report relevant information about sales operations to senior leadership of the sales team.

Leadership:

  • Lead self by owning all assigned tasks and delivering within agreed timelines

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, sales, or related field.
  • Over 5 years of experience in sales or any related field.
  • 3+ year’s experience managing a highly productive sales and partner acquisition team.
  • Exceptional multi-tasking, problem-solving, analytical, and research skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships across partner teams and at every level within an organization.
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
  • High learning velocity and passion for sales
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
