Job Title: Account Manager Location: Lagos
Job Description:
  • We are searching for communicative candidates who are proactive and passionate about company goals and the clients they serve. Account Managers will act as a point of contact for their clients.
  • They will build long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with their contacts, always striving to find the services which best fit the individual needs of the clients.
Responsibilities:
  • Account Managers liaise between client and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs. Manage and develop client accounts to initiate and maintain favorable relationship with clients.
  • Handle customer complaints,provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Develop and oversee customer retention campaigns
  • Participate in and improve upon in-house brand promotions
  • Manage budget and hit or exceed monthly quota as established by Account Management Supervisor
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all client account management matters
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
Requirements:
  • Proven account management or other relevant experience
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
  • Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment
  • Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability and maturity
  • Candidates must be Lagos Resident and should be between the age bracket of 25 to 40years.
