What should I type in the body of my Job application e-mail? (Job Seeker Question)
Sometimes while applying for a job, you may be required to apply by sending your CV and cover letter as attachments to a mail. In that case, you need to pay close attention to the body of the mail.
You have two options, you could re-use the content of your attached cover letter as the body of your mail or you could use the sample below.
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am a first class graduate of Chemical Engineering applying for the position of Quality Analyst with your firm. I have attached my resume and cover letter that you requested to this email. If you have questions or need more information, you may reach me through the phone number or email below.
I look forward to hearing from you.
