JOB TITLE: PUBLIC AFFAIRS MANAGER NORTH
 
LOCATION- KADUNA
Will be required to lead the Public Affairs Dept in Kaduna. Supporting the strategic plans of the corporate Affairs Adviser in building and protecting the reputation of the company. This role will be reporting operationally to the Corporate Affairs Adviser in the Head Office.

The person is expected to work in conjunction with:
Host community, Government Agencies, Media Houses and other relevant stake holders . Ability to challenge perceptions while influencing and building strong relationships company wide
Ought to have a blood background in HR and some experience of working in a multinational organization, fast moving customer group or an Advertising /Media Company.

Vacancy Qualification

B.Sc  in Public Administration, Humanities, Social Sciences, Law or any related equivalent.
5credit in WASC/GCE/SSCE including English and math at one sitting.
The candidate will be from core NORTH or willing to relocated if not based in NORTH.
Must have knowledge in all computer software packages.
Membership of relevant professional bodies.
Must be skillful in analytical, consulting, project and troubleshooting.
At least 8years post NYSC and not more than 38years.


Job Title: HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER DEPT
The Human Resource Dept in one of the locations by supporting the strategic aims of the industry during the administration and assurance of compliance to all HR polices and procedures.
This role will be reporting to the Company Manager and functional to the Employee Relations Manager in the Head Office.
 The person is expected to work inconjuction with:
Head of dept as the main contact for enquires on people management, process, compliance and best practice. Ought to have a blood background in HR and some experience of working in a multinational organization, fast moving customer group or consulting firm.
Heads of dept to ensure policies and process and well communicated and adhered by all.
Human Resource Managers in locations to share best practices and work towards the consistent approach in dealing with peoples issues across all locations.
Ability to challenge perceptions while influencing and building strong relationships company wide

Vacancy Qualifications:B.Sc  in Humanities, Social Sciences, Law or any related equivalent.

Membership of CIPM will be an advantage.
At least 6years post NYSC and not more than 35years.
