Confidential advice to internal ‘customers’ inrelation to problems at work
Oversee company- wide grievance and disciplinary handling
Oversee company- wide career development
Oversee company-wide benefits and compensation
Oversee staff appraisals and monitoring thecompany performance appraisal systems
Update and edit of staff payroll andsuggesting and implementing new and updates pay packages in line with companysalary structure and pay grades
Oversee company- wide redundancy/terminationof hire
Oversee company- wide manpower planning &employee audits
Oversee auxiliary and contract staff
Oversee the company’s HRpolicies and make amendments or additions as and when necessary
Create and implementmotivational programs and techniques for staff
