We are a renowned Nigerian Engineering Company located in Victoria Island Lagos, engaged in the provision of all kinds of engineering services from conceptual studies to detailed designs in offshore/onshore
facilities for brownfield/greenfield projects in the Oil and Gas Industry. We wish to engage qualified personnel to strengthen our project activities.

1. Senior Discipline Engineers
(Piping, Mechanical, Structures, Process, Electrical, Instrumentation)
» Candidates must possess a University degree in Engineering in their various discipline.
» Should have at least 10 years core oil and gas experience in FEED and detailed engineering design in oil and gas industry
» Must be familiar with relevant codes, standards and software in their disciplines.
» Possession of COREN registration certificate is an advantage
» Experience shall include design engineering in brownfield/Greenfield designs
» Should demonstrate ability to supervise junior engineers



2. Commercial Manager
Candidates must possess University degree in Engineering with at least 15 years of experience including On/offshore facilities and business development (5 years in case of a single company). Project management or execution experience is an advantage
Specific Accountabilities
» Supervise Proposal and Business Development Managers
» Meeting order intake targets
» Work closely with the Operations head to identify project needs for commercial and technical engagement and define acceptable parameters and limitations in the acquisition and execution of those projects
» Develop and maintain a complete understanding of the business environment, market trends, drivers and issues that will impact on the company’s business
» Ensure compliance of clients and partners with Company principles
» Ensure the development of sustainable business relationships with new and existing clients, throughout the lifecycle (from the initial stage of tendering, contract development, project execution, and through closeout)
» Manage, lead, and/or assist as required in the strategy development and actual negotiation of technical, commercial and contractual issues with customers and suppliers
» Identify, review and negotiate Engineering Service Agreements and align these with corporate policies, liaising with Contracts and senior management as required
» Develop a commercial and technical strategy for a major tenders and project acquisition targets


3. Intermediate Discipline Engineers
(Piping, Mechanical, Structures, Process, Electrical, Instrumentation)
» Candidates must possess a University degree in Engineering in their various discipline.
» Should have a minimum of 6 years core oil and gas experience in FEED and detailed design
» Must be familiar with relevant codes and standards

4. Planning/Schedule Engineer
Candidates must possess University degree in Engineering and have5 – 10 years of experience in FEED and detailed engineering (Onshore &offshore).
Specific Accountabilities
» Prepare specific detailed schedules (Level 3) and others as required at various phases of a project
» Implement Progress Monitoring System
» Follow up and to analyse actual actions
» Prepare planning/Scheduling Procedures, Physical Progress measurement procedures. Reporting procedures, Project Calendar, WBS and OBS
» Prepare and set up all Reference Schedules (Levels 1 and 2)
» Forecast possible deviations
» Propose corrective actions as much as necessary to meet the reference schedules
» Perform analysis and planning studies as necessary
» Regularly review the manpower plan to check compliance with contract terms and conditions
» Prepare project close out report
» Collection and compilation of back-up data for project statistics and ratio calculations.
» Assist other disciplines in the preparation of detailed schedules and thus to check that the main interfaces between activities are correctly taken into account
» Highlight the critical path and identify the corresponding activities
» Prepare internal and external reporting
» Implement and monitor time sheets for reimbursable projects


5. Lead Discipline Engineers
(Piping, Mechanical, Structures, Process, Electrical, Instrumentation)
» Candidates must possess a University degree in Engineering in their various discipline.
» Ability to plan, coordinate and supervise a major component of engineering related activity within a project and performance management of other staff within the department is essential.
» Possession of COREN registration certificate is an advantage
» Should have at least 15 years core oil and gas experience in FEED and detailed design of which at least 5 years as lead engineer in offshore designs.
» Must be conversant with all applicable codes and standards in their disciplines.



6. Proposal/Contract Manager
Candidates must possess University degree in Engineering with a minimum of 10 years relevant work experience in commercial/contract projects in the oil and gas sector is desired. Ability to review terms and condition of contract averagely and must have a flair in discussing proposed engineering projects with clients
Specific Accountabilities
» Ensure the preparation of all assigned Company proposals within time, budget and quality constraints, company tendering procedures, commercial/bid strategy set up by sales and client requirements

» Keeping tract of relevant correspondence exchanged during project execution to ensure scope is followed
» Ensuring that corporate policies and guidelines together with all the legal obligations are implemented and respected by projects
» Providing input to risk identification and assessment
» Management, drafting and negotiation of change order/variation and preparation of any claims against or from client and any subcontractor or vendor
» Ensuring that any contractual and legal matter affecting Project execution are properly addressed
» Monitoring key proposal dates to ensure all proposals are submitted timely and correctly
» Work with cost department in establishment competitive rates for proposals
» Identify and coordinate the input from all involved departments and challenge proposed solutions in order to optimize costs and schedule
» Coordinates the preparation of proposal documents for ITT requests for quotation
» Providing information and advice to other departments or assisting in operational management

7. Human Resources Officer
» The ideal candidate must have a BSc degree in Social Sciences, Arts or Law and a minimum of 5 years experience in the human resources function in the organized Private Sector.
» Ability to use office automation tools, including Microsoft Office Suites, Excel, PowerPoint etc is a must
» Membership of CIPM is considered an advantage but not compulsory
» Must demonstrate detailed knowledge of labour law and other legislation guiding the HR function and be able to work under pressure with minimal supervision


8. Accountant
» Candidates (male or female) should be holder of BSc or HND in Accounting with a minimum of 3 years post-NYSC experience in a medium size firm with broad hands on accounting and tax knowledge
» Must be intelligent and be able to work with minimal or no supervision
» Certification of an accountancy professional body will be considered an added advantage but nor compulsory

9. Project Manager
University engineering degree with a minimum of 15 years experience of which 8 years must be as Project Manager for detailed design and engineering projects in Oil & Gas industry
Specific Accountabilities
» Commits the company towards clients, partners, subcontractors and vendors
» Ensure project execution within time, budget and QHSES requirements by allocating resources, managing risks/opportunities and changes
» Ensures project execution and finance close out with appropriate feedback
» Creates a quality and HSE oriented work climate that encourages client satisfaction and HSE consciousness among the project team
» Manages, inform, lead project team by setting and monitoring performance targets
» Summarising all relevant documentation into a Project Clarification note
» Calling internal kick-off meetings and ensuring that these are minuted
» Ensure timely internal and external reporting
» Ensure coordination of interfaces
» Contributes to people development by interfacing with project department and HR
» Guarantees achievement or improvement of Profit & Loss forecasts
