Job Title: Brewing Manager
He/she is expected to manage and coordinate the brewing department in order to achieve the required standard of product quality and output in the most effective manner. Manage the productivity, translate and implement brewing manufacturing and business strategies. Coordinates CAPIN/CAPEX justification for brewing. Be able to manage every other thing need to be taken care of by the successful candidate.  
Vacancy Qualification & Skills:
B.Sc. degree in Engineering or Natural Sciences and other related field can also apply.Must have good understanding of the principle and practices of manufacturing excellence and asset care principles and good work practice including CMMS.
Minimum of 5years experience in brewing or related field experience senior line. Preferably in a brewing or FMCG.
Membership to any professional bodies is a plus.
Understanding the process control within the brewing.


Job Title: Packaging Engineer
To coordinate, coach and control the activities of the level one maintenance teams in the production environment ant to provide specialist technical advice to ensure maximum equipment availability. Ensure a safe and risk free working environment. Maintain the optimization to be reliable, available and cost. Manage SYSPRO system integrity and optimal usage. Manage small/minor CAPIN/CAPEX projects. Vacancy Qualification & Skills:
B.Sc. degrees in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial Engineering and/or additional business qualifications. Good understanding of brewing operational processes and technologies.
Proven leadership skills.5 years experience in packaging or related field experience at a senior leadership position, preferably in a brewery or FMCG (fast moving consumer goods) environment. Being a member of professional bodies is a plus.
Analytical problem solver, Passion for WCM/MEP.
Influencing ability with regards to sound maintenance practices.

Job Title: Brewing Engineer
To provide technical expertise to the shift teams, in order to optimize the process and performance measures for brewing process areas and to ensure maintenance integrity within brewing section. Mentor and coach the shift team, facilitates team problem solving and decision making and manage human resources. Maintain the optimization to be reliable, available and cost.
