Job Title: Senior Associates and Associates: LITIGATION and SOLICITORSHIP PROFESSIONALS WANTED.
Vacancy Responsibilities:
Ensure development of the firm in line with business plan
Matters conduct on behalf of the client
Supervision of fee earning work undertaken by colleagues
Management of support services for which he or she is responsible including supervision of own secretary
Marketing activities participation whether on office basis, departmental or firmwide basis
Undertake fee earning work and provide a profitable contribution to the work of the department
Financial control with particular regard to cashflow control through collection of monies on account and billing procedures

Qualification/Experience
Senior Associate, Associate
Senior Associate: 7 to 10 years active practice post qualification experience
Associate: 3 to 5 years active practice post qualification experience
Good grade LLB, BL, LLM where applicable
Applicant must have been called to Nigerian Bar
Location: Lagos

Job Title: Marketing and Strategic Support Manager
Job Description: directs and coordinates marketing and support services of the firm, providing administrative decision making support and leadership, oversees the office of the back office personnel, administrative support staff including secretaries, housekeepers amd security personnel
Key Job Duties:
Provide supplies by identifying needs in various support area within the firm
Maintain administrative staff by recruiting, orienting, selecting and training employees, maintaining a safe and secure work environment, developing personal growth opportunities
Establish procedures, policies and work schedules for all staff
Execute marketing and image making initiatives for the firm
Provide an effective communication system by identifying needs, evaluating options, maintaining equipment, approving invoices

Qualifications and Experience
BSC/BA degree Holder
At least 10 years relevant experience in a multinational company or service industry
