 Chartered Institute of Administration (CIA) is a professional and examining body established in 1987, and chartered by Act No 103, published in the Federal Government of Nigeria Gazette No. 76 Vol. 79 of 31st December 1992. 
The Act empowers the institute to, among other things; regulate the training and practice of Administration in public and private sectors of the Nigerian economy within a professional membership framework.
Chartered Institute of Administration - Applications are invited for the following urgent positions:

1.)  Personal Assistant to the Registrar/Chief Executive

Duties

• To provide efficient total administrative support to the Chief Executive.

• A Degree or HND in any one of the following disciplines: Secretarial Administration, Business Administration, Mass Communication, English.
• The right candidate must have extensive experience in all aspects of Executive Office Administration.

• Responsible for the Institute’s Management Information Systems including website design, hosting and administration; computerization of accounting, students, and members records; networking; procurement and maintenance of Systems.

• A Degree or HND in Computer Science with wide experience in dealing with all of the IT functions specified above.

• Applicants must be reasonably literate and have experience in providing day and night security services.
