Job Title: Warehouse Coordinator

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Monitor the proper management of the warehouses procedures.
  • Support the relevant department in the preparation of the slow moving analysis and ensure the correct taking of inventories and the notification of obsolete spare parts or materials for elimination.
  • Promote and effect continuous development, improvement and management of the warehouses to maximize and achieve the timely, efficient and effective operation and provision of services in accordance with corporate procedures.
  • Check for the proper knowledge of the technical team and propose the needed training in the respect to the warehouses system and procedures.
  • Perform internal and external audit or inspection in line with the corporate procedures and yearly plan, recommending corrective actions and assuring their follow-up.
  • Check and propose procedures regarding stored equipment and spare parts.
  • Define the proper set up and lay out of stores and warehouse.
  • Support the corporate department in the periodical evaluation of the resources strictly involved in the warehouse management.
  • Support the corporate department staffing the warehouses and promote improvement and implementation of new technologies.Support the corporate department in the staff management of warehouses.
Qualification
  • Minimum of 10 years in Warehouse Activities with 5 of such years spent in a supervisory capacity.
  • Knowledge of SAP. 
  • International Certification in Chain logistics Management would be an added advantage.
  • Bachelor Degree in Engineering or any Physical Sciences.
  • Good command of English computer knowledge and skills such as Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
Skills, Competence and Experience
  • Competencies in Warehouse management: experience in monitoring investment and stock levels
  • Knowledge of mechanical, Electrical and diverse engineering tools and machines is mandatory.
  • Knowledge of Spare Parts Management, Client Supply Chain Workflow (PR! P0/ requisition, FAT/SAT, etc.) and warehouse management principles.
Job Title: Material Controllers

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Updating materials inventory sheet and Materials status report as well as checking and comparing availability of the materials.
  • Ensure the effective and methodical use of Systems, Applications and Tools adopted by Company and/or Project (i.e.: SAP, AMOS).
  • Ensures that necessary information gets to Procurement Function on issues of liquidated damages and prices revision, according to the clauses provided by the contractual obligations defined for the purchase of goods and shipping services.
  • Coordinating with the Warehouse issues and material processing.
  • Requisition and maintain inventories of materials or supplies necessary to meet production demands.
  • Arrange for delivery, assembly, or distribution of supplies or parts to expedite flow of materials and meet production schedules.
  • Maintain files, such as maintenance records, bills of lading, or cost reports.
  • Ensure project feedbacks to Company Functions (Management, Post Order and Procurement).
  • Define, in conjunction with relevant Functional Manager the outsourcing strategy for expediting, inspection and shipping Services.
  • Support Assets Manager in relations with Client or Partners regarding materials.
  • Ensure the execution of quality control activities on purchased material, in order to verify if they are in line with Saipem expectation.
  • Analyze, with the Technical Manager/Engineering Discipline Lead, the definition of the inspection methods.
  • Liaise with the Procurement dept. for the purchase requisitions and for the material reports.
  • Coordinating with the Quality Control on material issues and the certificates.
  • Examine documents, materials, or products and monitor work processes to assess completeness, accuracy, and conformance to standards and specifications.
  • Review documents, such as project schedules, work orders materials requirements or material priorities.
  • Implement the Project notification System, including Client or Third Parties.
  • Ensure the prompt handling of any project variation impacting the post order activities, especially with regard to materials quality control, quantities and supply terms conditions.
Skills, Competence and Experience
  • Knowledge of payment procedures and cycle, invoicing, milestone payment management.
  • Knowledge of supply cycle phases and construction cycle: engineering, procurement, construction, inspection.
  • Knowledge of material purchasing process including process referents and their tasks starting from Material Requisition to PO/contract issue and revision.
  • Management of Project materials post order plan and procedure definition.
  • Good knowledge of all procurement processes.
  • Ability to review and produce expediting reports and documentation.
  • Ability to define relevant reports and progress information and able also to manage varied and complex workload.
  • Knowledge of Information systems supporting material management process.
  • Knowledge of tools supporting any documents for material management process and authorization.
Qualification
  • A Degree in Management Science/Science with at least 5 years of working experience in a major construction firm.
  • Sound knowledge of Ms Office suit (Exceptional skills in MS Excel Usage).
  • Working knowledge of MS Office applications.
Job Title: Camp Boss

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Performs maintenance and repairs on camp facilities including plumbing, painting, carpentry, cleaning, and electrical duties.
  • Employs and supervises staff as well as contractor staff operating catering facilities.
  • Assumes responsibility for checking in guest as well as checking them out from the camp.
  • Interface with relevant departments like Medical Department, Health, and Security Department in the Management of guest.
  • Responsible for inventory management for daily and routine maintenance materials.
  • Liaise with travels department in managing movement of incoming and out-going guest.
Skills, Competence and Experience
  • Considerable knowledge of mechanical, carpentry, building construction, and electrical skills.
  • Knowledge of menu planning and food services.
  • Ability to supervise and manage large number of skilled and unskilled workers.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with other departments.
  • Ability to operate and maintain kitchen equipment ad camp facilities.
Qualification
  • A Degree in Management Science/Science with at least 8 years of working experience.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office applications.
  • Knowledge of at least an International language is mandatory (preference: Italian or French).
 Job Title: Store Keeper

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Manage the request of materials for stores or project assuring the correct procedure for authorization.
  • Manage the receiving of materials and equipment according to orders issued by the Procurement.
  • Support in the preparation of periodic sample inventories.
  • Manage the preparation and packing of material to be shipped and execute the preparation of the packing list in alignment with the corporate procedures.
  • Guarantee monitoring of deadlines and the notification of delays in the delivery of materials by suppliers, to ensure intervention from the appropriate department responsible.
  • Arrange the controls of all materials received, and notify any differences or damage to material.
  • Manage the storage of materials received, and to ensure storing and preservation in the preselected storage facility.
  • Operate the distribution of materials including the upload and download.
Skills, Competence and Experience
  • Good knowledge of accounting systems supporting warehouse management.
  • Knowledge of electronic system and software supporting the processing of data, in order to manage stock.
  • Must be able to handle all materials in the store in compliance with Company quality policies.
  • Good understanding of stock, materials and warehouse management taking into account material request and anticipation of future activities.
  • Good understanding of Warehouse procedures.
  • Understanding of the correct use of Permit to Work system and ability promote the usage of the protective equipments.
  • Knowledge of laws and procedures related to international transport, in order to follow the transport and the arrival of the materials requested/sent.
Qualification
  • A Degree in Management Science/Science with at least 5 years of working experience.
  • Knowledge of SAP or any related Chain Logistics Management Software.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office applications.
