A bakery requires the services of a qualified individual to fill the position of a baker and cake decorator.
Job Title: Baker and Cake Decorator
Responsibilities:
Produce quality pastry and snacks - cake making, sugar craft, desserts, breads etc.
Follow recipes & ensure consistency in quality
Maintain high hygiene standards
Adhere to safety standards
Follow production plans
Minimize wastage as appropriate
Help with new product development
Qualifications and Requirements:
Minimum of OND in any discipline
Minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in baking and decorating of cakes
Must coach team members
Must live around ketu/alapere/magodo/shangisha axis
Open minded, willingness to learn.
Must be proficient in sugar crafting and modeling.
Must have excellent communication
