Freightliner Logistics Services Limited is recruiting to fill the following position:
Job Title: Admin Officer
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities

• The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative and office support for all member staff. She or He will work under the direct supervision of the General Manager.
• To manage, assist maintain, monitor the managers itinerary and appointment typing
• Letters/filling, receiving mails and calls, coordinate correspondences.
• Orderliness of incoming and outgoing activities etc.

• University degree, recognized equivalent, HND or OND
• Familiarity with administrative and secretarial skills is an advantage.
• Experience with large complex organization preferred.
• Familiarity with international freight forwarder business is an advantage
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Power Point, internet surfing and other email systems
• Open to change and flexible enough to accept new ideas
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skill.

• Preparing and delivering marketing plans within key objectives
• Involving key stakeholders for services at each stage of campaign, and reporting results once completed.
• Monitoring competitor activity and generating leads for freights services.
• Manage and control the relationship between freight services and your target audience.
• Organizing and hosting of presentation and customer visit.
• Carryout marketing research and customer survey to assess demand, brand positioning and awareness.
• Generate and follow up on leads and prospect.

• Minimum of B.Sc or HND in a relevant Field.
• 2 years and above relevant experience
• Experience in working in a flexible employee empowering environment.
• Must be target driven and a goal getter
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiar with the use of tools of trade in marketing like microsoft software, internet, social media and creative services.
• Natural flair for marketing and salesmanship culminating in evidential marketing and sales competence is a crucial factor.
