Job Title: Sales and Marketing Officer

Job Description
The successful candidate will execute product sales and marketing activities in line with Company’s business development guide lines and periodic budgets, so as to continually achieve growth in client base and Company revenue targets.
Key responsibilities will be to:
- Contribute to and prepare periodic marketing plans with the Head of Department, in line with sales targets.
- Deliver presentations and demos to prospective clients so as to create product awareness.
- Prepare product proposals according to Company and client requirements.
- Effectively manage the Company’s customer database.
- Implement proper training of clients on desired products/services, according to the user manual guidelines to aid proper software usage.
- Provide first line support to clients based on the terms of contract in order to achieve prompt resolution of complaints.

Requirements- A bachelor’s degree from a reputable institution. A master’s degree and/or MBA will be an advantage.
- A minimum of two (2) years’ cognate experience in a similar role in an ICT company.

Job Title: Chief Technology Officer Ref No: ES0059

Reporting To: The Chief Executive Officer
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for establishing the technical vision and leading all aspects of the Company’s technology development in order to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in all technology services and software architecture activities. An intrinsic part of this will be to develop policies and procedures for the Information Technology Department, ensuring that they are consistent with the Company’s objectives.
Key responsibilities will be to:- Facilitate the development of on-demand and custom software to take advantage of opportunities in the market place,
- Set strategic and operational targets in line with the corporate objectives and cascade these strategies to the software team in order to optimise Company resources.
- Ensure efficient operation and maintenance of the Company’s integrated software and other enterprise wide applications.
- Coordinate the development, implementation and maintenance of IT Infrastructure and services, in accordance with company procedures and work instructions in order to achieve efficiency and continuity of the business process.
- Ensure that adequate security and technical support systems are put in place to safeguard the ICT infrastructure and company data.
Key Requirements- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering from a reputable institution. A master’s degree and/or MBA will be an advantage.
- A minimum of ten (10) years’ cognate experience, with at least three (3) years’ experience in a managerial role.
- Sound knowledge of industry trends, events, issues and developments to enable the development and implementation of appropriate IT control measures and monitoring mechanisms.

Job Title: Application Developer (Enterprise Solutions) Ref No: ES0062

Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will plan, analyse and develop software applications, while providing second level support to existing products and solutions, in order to meet client specifications and standards.
Key responsibilities will be to:- Execute software development projects in line with company approved plans and guidelines in order to achieve set project objectives.
- Provide an efficient second level support and initiate process improvements, aimed at providing adequate technical support to the business process.
- Design and develop new products/applications in line with departmental Standard Operating Procedures, so as to minimize maintenance requirements.
- Partner with business analysts, while interfacing with clients/business owners, in order to understand business requirements.
- Partner with Telecoms departments, to ensure the successful deployment of developed applications in line with the departmental standard Operating Procedures.
Key Requirements- A bachelor’s degree or Higher National Diploma in either Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology or other related disciplines.
- Professional memberships, including certification in OEM, will be an advantage.
- A minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a similar position.
- OEM specific development skills,
- Knowledge of Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) design.
- Knowledge on UML/use Cases/OOAD/MVC based web development.
- Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Job Title: Head of Strategy and Project Management Ref No: ES0058

Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will have responsibility and accountability for growing the market share of all products and service areas. An essential part of this role will be to develop the commercial strategy and enforce the sales strategy in line with the Company’s medium and long-term goals in order to maximize returns.
Key responsibilities will be to:- Develop the strategic vision, objectives and operating criteria for the Corporate Strategy function, in line with the Company’s goals to achieve duly approved operating plans.
- Develop a comprehensive category vision and strategy for the entire product portfolio in conformity with the Company’s long-term goals.
- Translate strategies to be executed by the field sales team in order to meet the Company’s annual sales projections.
- Initiate all brand planning and analytical activities for client accounts within the Company
- Provide consulting services to clients in line with business requirements so as to gain insights into their future needs and to design tailor-made solutions which will broaden the Company’s portfolio.
- Facilitate the identification and execution of new strategic initiatives of potential value to the Company
- Carry out business environmental scan and data gathering activities.
- Ensure the development of an annual plan, aligned with the strategic plan, the annual budget, the risk management system and other relevant processes.
- Facilitate project management for the Company
Key Requirements- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Business Administration or other related disciplines. Advanced degrees in any Management and Administrative disciplines will be an advantage.
- Membership of relevant professional bodies such as Chartered Institute of Strategic Management, Chartered Institute of Management and Project Management Professional (PMP) will also be added advantage.
- A minimum of ten (10) years’ cognate experience, with at least four (4) years’ experience in a corporate planning and strategic management role,
- Strong business acumen, maturity and tact, including the ability to relate with highest levels of management in organisations and other stakeholders.
- Strong project management, leadership, negotiating and influencing skills.

Job Title: Graphics and Web Design Officer Ref No: ES0061

Reporting To: The Head, Software Development
Job Description The successful candidate will develop and maintain the Company’s website and other online marketing platforms. He/she will also carry out graphic and other design projects, as well as develop Company’s electronic and print materials in line with agreed specifications and operating standards.
Key responsibilities will be to:- Design and develop all web applications and user experience interfaces according to the Company’s requirements, web accessibility guidelines and agreed specifications.
- Design and implements web applications according to the Company’s specifications and requirements, so as to achieve search engine optimisation for web sites and projects.
- Implement all web projects from conception to completion while adhering to the brand standards.
- Backup and maintain all Company websites and sub-sites, including all databases, in accordance with specification in order to ensure all sites are functioning properly at all times.
- Work with members of the Communication, Branding, Customer Service and Marketing teams to develop, implement, and maintain the Company’s social media/marketing strategies.
- Assist with various operational web-based tools and help develop internal best practices as it relates to data storage and retrieval.
Key Requirements- A bachelor’s degree or Higher National Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology or other related disciplines.
- A minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a similar position. Awareness of Microsoft C#.Net programming language and MS ASP Net will be an advantage.
- Excellent understanding of web design technologies particularly HTML4/5 and CSS2/3.
- Proficiency in web graphics design application/packages (including Adobe Creative suite).
- Good understanding of web client scripting (including jQuery and JavaScript).

Job Title: Head, Payment and Collections Ref No: ES0060

Reporting To: The Chief Marketing Officer
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will develop and manage all Payment and Collection solutions including Internally Generated Revenue (IGR) in line with the strategic goals, objectives and short-term plans of the Company; in order to deliver efficient solutions to clients profitably and meet revenue targets.
Key responsibilities will be to:- Develop payment and collection solutions from end-to-end (conception, development maintenance and evolution) in line with agreed goals and objectives.
- Gather and analyse data and information on potential customers, competitors and market segments, in line with business requirements to gain insights into current and future opportunities.
- Secure partnerships with OEMs and product development teams and develop customised solutions in line with the Company’s and clients’ requirements.
- Develop briefing documents for payment and collection solutions, and IGR, which would be executed, in line with strategic timelines and production schedules, with the aim of achieving high quality documentation and maintain both current and future product solutions.
- Lead technical client evaluations, system implementations and maintenance, in line with approved Service Level Agreements, with the aim of efficiently managing client relationships and contract negotiations.
- Prepare SLAs in collaboration with other team leads and in line with business requirements, with the aim of achieving operational efficiency and timeliness in products and service delivery.
Requirements- A bachelor’s degree or Higher National Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology or Electronics Engineering. A master’s degree in Science or an MBA will be an advantage,
- Professional membership of NIM. ISMN, CPN, NCS, NIMN will also be an advantage.
- A minimum of five (5) years’ cognate experience in a similar role in an ICT company/financial institution.
- Sound knowledge of International ICT Business Operations.
- Sound knowledge of the Public Sector and IGR of the various levels of Government.
- Excellent networking skills, particularly relationship- building, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills.
