Job Title: Procurement Manager
Location: Lagos
Job Summary
Plan, direct, or coordinate the activities of buyers, purchasing officers, and related workers involved in purchasing materials, products, and services.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Represent companies in negotiating contracts and formulating policies with suppliers.
• Direct and coordinate activities of personnel engaged in buying, selling, and distributing materials, equipment, machinery, and supplies.
• Locate vendors of materials, equipment or supplies, and interview them to determine product availability and terms of sales.
• Prepare and process requisitions and purchase orders for supplies and equipment.
• Develop and implement purchasing and contract management instructions, policies, and procedures.
• Maintain records of goods ordered and received.
• Participate in the development of specifications for equipment, products or substitute materials.
• Analyze market and delivery systems to assess present and future material availability.
• Resolve vendor or contractor grievances, and claims against suppliers.

• Minimum of HND/B.Sc in any management/social sciences.
• Age: 35 - 50 years.
• Higher certificate will be an advantage.
• Membership of requisite professional body will be an advantage.
• Must have minimum of 3 years practical experience in management position.
• Ability to work with less supervision.
• Must be computer literate.

• Must be resident or from Ado-Ekiti- State Capital.
• Qualification from NABTECH will be an added advantage.
• Must have at least an SSCE or OND(Elect/Elect)
• At least 3yrs experience in auto-electrical
• Ability to speak and understand English.
• Ability to write English properly.

• Read blueprints, wiring diagrams, schematic drawings, or engineering instructions for assembling electronics units, applying knowledge of electronic theory and components.
• Test electronics units, using standard test equipment, and analyze results to evaluate performance and determine need for adjustment.
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance or calibration of equipment or systems.
• Assemble, test, or maintain circuitry or electronic components, according to engineering instructions, technical manuals, or knowledge of electronics, using hand or power tools.
• Adjust or replace defective or improperly functioning circuitry or electronics components, using hand tools or soldering iron.
• Write reports or record data on testing techniques, laboratory equipment, or specifications to assist engineers.
• Identify and resolve equipment malfunctions, working with manufacturers or field representatives as necessary to procure replacement parts.
• Maintain system logs or manuals to document testing or operation of equipment.
• Provide user applications or engineering support or recommendations for new or existing equipment with regard to installation, upgrades, or enhancements.
• Provide customer support and education, working with users to identify needs, determine sources of problems, or to provide information on product use.
• Load distributions to the base station, correction of power surge from the panic alarm, voltage control of equipments.

• Age, Minimum of 35 years
• 3 years driving experience, preferable in Security Company
• Valid driver’s license
