Job Title: Accounts-Financial Controller
Description:
• Facilitate and complete monthly close procedures
• Negotiate treasury rates
• Manage foreign exchange transaction
• Ensuring that appropriate systems and internal controls are implemented and maintained
• Overseeing the payroll Process
• Preparation of VAT returns
• Production of statutory accounts, balance sheet reconciliations, P&L
• Other task as assigned
• Analyze revenues, commissions and expenses to ensure they are recorded appropriately on a monthly basis
• Prepare monthly account reconciliations
• Assist with analyzing financial statements on a monthly basis and report on variances
• Assist with preparing tax returns and corporate reporting requirements
• Assist with quarterly producer commission reports; analyzing and correcting discrepancies
• Cash management and treasury duties

Qualifications:
5+ years accounting/finance experience; Accounting Profession is a plus • Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance


Job Title: Human Resources Manager
Description:
• Maintain and update a filing system of all employees
• Liaise with clients to deliver a comprehensive HR service to the business
• Formulate policies & implement procedures of new HR policies
• Work with all non call Centre staff, coach them and advise on all people issues
• Deal with disciplinary/grievance and HR issues, using HR and company knowledge evidencing appropriate decision making skills
• Craft business and people solutions
• Ensure effective Employee Relations - managing absence, sickness etc. Measure employee satisfaction and identify areas that require improvement
• Manage performance and processes
• Implement the Training and Development agenda
• Execution of the recruitment process
• Execute effective Compensation and Payroll Administration

Qualifications:
• A minimum of Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in Social Sciences or Arts
• 5-6 years’ experience in HR practice
• Working knowledge of Performance Management, Payroll Administration and Training
• A professional and commercial approach to HR
• Strong personal and leadership experience
• Managerial skills for supervision and management of staff
