Job Title:  Chief Operating Officer (12 Baskets Entertainment)
Work Experience: 3-5yrs in the Entertainment industry
Key qualification: BSc. Creative Art or any other art discipline
Key Job Functions
 Drive sales and engagement of the company to meet targets
 Resolve customers knotty issues and manage key accounts
 Approve all petty cash and local transaction
 Prepare monthly company performance and financial reports
 Attend event briefing
 Drive awareness of company programmes and services
 Engage artistes such as DJs, Singers and Musicians for events
 Advise on the investments in line with the corporate goals and targets
 Handle online and walk-in inquiries

Job Title: Manager, Admin & Procurement
Key qualification: BSc. Business Administration or any other Social Sciences
Work Experience: 2-5yrs
Key Job Functions
 Manage suppliers and vendors
 Handle all internal requisitions and petty cash needs
 Oversee inventory management and stocktaking
 Maintain continuity of among departments, work team
 Oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of fixed assets
 Co-ordinate internal meetings including management
 Provide supplies by identifying needs in other departments

 Issues LPO for locally sourced goods and manage local suppliers and vendor
 Approves all branch requisitions and petty cash needs
 Oversee inventory management and stocktaking
 Maintain continuity of among departments and work team
 Oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of fixed assets
 Determine re-order level for consumable inventories with the Storekeepers
 Provide supplies by identifying needs at the branch
 Resolve customer issues and handle customers’ inquiries
 Follow up on order to ensure speedy delivery
 Receive work orders from Call Centre via phone calls and emails
 Ensure a secure and safe work environment
 Pass event work order to Team Lead, Sales Rep at HQ
 Drive sales at the branch level; should seek approval for sales promotion from EDCA
 Issue invoice
 Prepare report of Branch activities which must include financial, sales, and production reports
 Attends customer briefing session with branch Sales Rep where Sales Rep from the HQ is indisposed.

Job Title: Storekeepers
Work Experience: 2yrs
Key qualification: OND Business Administration or any Social Sciences
Key Job Functions
 Receive, inspect and record incoming goods and reconcile with purchase order before stocking
 Take inventory weekly under supervision of CAO and Manager, Admin & Supplies
 Determine re-order level of stocks and make requisitions for replacement
 Ensure security of store at all times
 Issue stocks and items from the store upon proper documentations
