Job Responsibilities
The desired candidate must be able to:

• Receive and inspect all incoming materials and reconcile with purchase orders; processes and distribute documentation with purchase orders; reports, documents and tracks damages and discrepancies on orders received.
• Fill supply requisitions; assist buyer to order adequate merchandise and supplies; delivers orders to faculty and staff.
• Maintain inventory for school and office supplies which including ordering, receiving and allocating
• Supervise school store operations; engage in the receipt, storage, control and issuance of school supplies and equipments.
• Prepare and type annual requisitions, orders, reports, correspondence
• Keep records of daily incoming and outgoing school stock
• Contact vendors for price information
• Compute discounts and charges on orders
• Perform general bookkeeping functions like deposits, pay bills, etc.
• Display or order proper inventory according to demand or season
• Prepare and enter student billing on computerized system
• Undertake any other reasonable tasks as directed by the school management

• Must have OND in Accounting
• Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in similar role
• Excellent knowledge of MS-Office software suite
• Ability to solve problems, take initiative and plan the tasks

• organize the classroom and learning resources and create displays to encourage a positive learning environment.
• ensure effective management and maintenance of classroom resources.
• ensure the physical, academic and social well-being of pupils in their charge.

• meet the requirements for the assessment and recording of pupils' development.
• provide feedback to parents and school management.

• Minimum of first Degree in Education
• Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in similar role. Especially in a School with an established track record of steady growth and development
• Ability to work effectively and communicate distinctly with children

• Develop and implement lessons/work schemes
• Provide a safe and stimulate environment that facilitates learning
• Organize and supervise play and work activities (for example reading, cooking, music, dancing etc)
• Encourage children's mathematical and creative development through stories, songs, games, drawing and imaginative play
• Organize learning materials and resources and make imaginative use of resources;
• Assist with the development of children's personal/social and language abilities
• Establish policies and procedures for inside and outside the classroom.
• Ensure the health and safety of children and staff is maintained during all activities, both inside and outside the school;
• Become familiar with emergency procedures and protocol.
• Maintain records, monitor and record progress

• Minimum of first Degree in Education.
• Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in similar role. Especially in a School with an established track record of steady growth and development

• Teaching pupil instrumental techniques, scales, sight reading and music theory
• Helping pupils to prepare for music examinations
• Planning individual lessons and overall schemes of work for pupils;
• Developing knowledge of materials and repertoire for students at different stages of their musical development
• Acquiring appropriate teaching materials/resources
• Teaching music theory, aural skills and practical techniques to pupils
• Ensuring up-to-date knowledge and awareness of examination requirements
• Assessing pupils abilities, providing feedback and writing reports
• Communicating with parents about their child's lessons and progress
• Must be able to recognize musical talent in students in order to encourage them to undertake further musical studies

• Minimum of first Degree in Music education or related discipline.
• Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in similar role.
• Proficiency in Musical instruments
• Must have a strong background in Music theory.
• Demonstrated leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.

• Assist in the planning, supervising, and implementing the program for child care in accordance with the school policy
• Adapt the program to the needs of the individual child, with concern for interests, challenges, special talents, and individual styles and paces of learning.
• Assist in the planning and preparing of the child care environment, and preparing needed materials and supplies.
• Help children become aware of their roles as integral members of a group.
• Be responsible for the ordered arrangement, appearance, décor and learning environment in the child care classrooms.
• Help with general housekeeping tasks.
• Maintain professional attitude and loyalty to the school at all times.
• Attend all staff meetings and recommended training programs and conferences.

• Must be an OND holder
• Be able to communicate properly and effectively with parents and all stakeholders.
• Must have at least (2) years relevant experience in similar role. Especially in a School with an established track record of steady growth and development
