WestmanQuest Royal Limited - We are a fast growing professional Fabric Care and Dry Cleaning Services Company. We cater for the wardrobes of middle class, upwardly mobile professionals, business men as well as the fabric care needs of businesses and corporate organizations.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Care Officer
Location: Lagos (Lekki, Magodo, Yaba, Isolo, Diya and Ilupeju)
Responsibilities

Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face
Respond promptly to customer inquiries
Handle and resolve customer complaints
Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
Attending to customers' inquiries and complaints
Keeping a daily log of customer activities

Skills and Requirements

Minimum of OND in any related discipline
Minimum of 1-2 years work experience
Basic computer knowledge
Good communication skills
Sound knowledge of telephone etiquette and excellent listening skills.
