The short tutorials and quizzes, based on the Nigerian national academic curriculum at the secondary level, are designed to stimulate and personalize the learning experience outside of school.

Job Title Business Development Director, Efiko

Location: Sabo, Yaba, Lagos

Job Description

• With a growing user base, Efiko aims to help Nigerian secondary school students learn in a fun and engaging way.
• You will work with our external partners as well as designers and developers to build great products and deliver impactful education campaigns in a collaborative multi-team environment.
• A key component of our success will be through strategic partnerships.
• We seek an energetic Business Development Director to develop and run strategic brand partner projects across Nigeria.

• Design, promote and grow innovative brand projects leveraging the Efiko app engine
• Continuously refine and improve practices and execution around Efiko
• Work with the designers and developers to ensure the Efiko app is a responsive and fun experience for the users
• Lead brand partner projects across the entire project lifecycle from planning to rollout
• Serve as the liaison for internal and external teams to ensure communication is flowing and act as a Efiko ambassador to our partners

• Planning and executing multiple projects concurrently.
• Must be comfortable working with external client and managing relationships.
• Experience operating at a management level.
• Ability to work with and coordinate cross functional teams.
• Ability to think-through and develop positive user experiences.
