infrastructure and connectivity solutions. We are dedicated in providing
various services for commercial and public enterprise regardless of
their size using Fiber, Satellite Technology and Radio Communication
System.
We are recruiting to fill the position of:
Job Title: Service Delivery Executive
Location: Lagos
Summary of Specific Duties and Responsibilities
- This job role is responsible for the overall direction,
coordinating, execution, control and completion of specific projects
that support e.Stream clients with service deployment objectives and
ensuring changes to project scope are in line with the customer's
requirement; organizations standard and objectives.
Project Management and Coordination:
- Lead the planning, coordination, and facilitation of delivering
any customer's installations in accordance with standard procedures. E.g
Site Readiness Confirmation; Equipment confirmation; Implementation
Tracking; PIP Daily Review in ensuring deadlines are met appropriately.
- Follow Project delivery policies, procedures and methodologies.
- Conduct regular status report meetings with all stakeholders
while keeping stakeholder's needs and requirements in continuous view.
- Work collaboratively with the technical team to maintain
thorough knowledge of product capabilities with regards to customer
requirement.
- Get Client approval on terminated equipment retrieval.
- Responsible for ensuring and confirming if service deployed
meets customer's requirement by monitoring the link during a one Week
Nursery stage.
- Develop a full scale project implementation plan (PIP) and also
identify all requirements. i.e coordinate closely with all technical
team members, admin, accounts and customer in developing a realistic PIP
and expectations.
- Ensure regulatory and statutory requirements/conditions are met.
- Responsible for understanding each client's implementation
standards while establishing specific customer satisfaction standards
and actively monitors client satisfaction.
- Proactively communicate project status; identify project
implementation risks and provide possible solutions to meet
productivity, quality and customer goals to all stake holders.
Documentation:
- Generate a detailed service overview document for each projects deployed to clients.
- Receives accurate documentation on services delivered to clients
by external vendors and sign off such projects upon confirmation of
quality of service.
- Ensure proper documentation of new or change services in accordance with Customer requirement.
- Prepare weekly project management reports.
- Create a standard documentation format for installations by external vendors.
People Management:
- Liaising with relevant departments on project implementation.
- Maintain good customer relationship.
- Carry out any other duties as assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements/ Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree Electrical/Electronics/Computer Science or Eng/Communication/Info Tech Eng., and Physics
Other Desired Qualifications
- PMP; ITIL certified, Satellite Communications (GVF); RF Planning; CCNA, Certified Wireless Network Administrator (CWNA).
- Experience: 3-4 years
