Job Title:  REGIONAL MANAGERS

 
Specific Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and drive the company's long and short term revenue growth strategies at the region .
  • Supervise and coordinates the activities of the branches under the region to ensure positive contributions to the bottom-line
  • Advise management on key planning issues and makes important business decisions.
Qualification and Skills .
  • Candidates must possess minimum of Bachelor's degreelHND or its equivalent
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Candidates must possess strong analytical and IT skills
  • Be self-driven. detailed and result oriented
  • Candidates must be able to conduct meetings and presentation skillfully
  • Candidate must have at least 10 years' experience in the marketing of financial products preferably in the banking or insurance industry.


Job Title:  BRANCH COORDINATORS

 
Specific responsibilities include:
  • Supervise activities of the branch to ensure timely and efficient service delivery to customers business
  • Developing and driving the company's long and short term revenue growth strategies at the branch.
  • Developing and delivering effective product and market entry strategies.
  • Prepare annual budget and drive performance
Qualification and Skills
  • Candidates must possess minimum of Bachelor's degree/HND or its equivalent
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Candidate must have at least 7 years' experience in the marketing of financial products preferably in the banking or insurance industry.


Job Title:   MARKETING EXECUTIVES
 
Specific responsibilities include:
  • Assisting the branch coordinators to drive the company's long and short term revenue strategy
  • Assisting the branch coordinators to achieve the branch sales and revenue targets.
Qualification and Skills
  • Candidates must possess minimum of Bachelor's degree/HND or its equivalent
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Candidates must have at least 3 years experience in the marketing of financial services/products.
