W-Holistic Business Solutions - Our client, a real estate and construction company, seeks to recruit a focused and self-driven individual for the position of:

Job Title: Marketer (Real Estate)

Location: Lagos

Job Descriptions

Develop marketing campaigns to promote sales of real estate properties
Present purchase offers to sellers and buyers for consideration
Maintaining and updating customer databases;
Accompany buyers during visits to and inspections of property, advising them on the suitability and value of the homes they are visiting.
Interview clients to determine what kinds of properties they are seeking
Arrange meetings between buyers and sellers when details of transactions need to be negotiated
Promote sale of properties through advertisements, open houses, and participation in multiple listing services.
Conducting market research (using customer questionnaires and focus groups)
Contributing to, and developing, marketing plans and strategies;

Competency and Skill Requirements

One year experience in Marketing in the real estate industry
A first Degree in a relevant discipline
Ability to work as a team with colleagues
Possess technical skills
Be able to think like the customer
Interpersonal and communication skills (be able to act as intermediary between the company and buyers)
