Job Requirements

  • Candidate is expected to have a Degree in Civil Engineering with 5 - 7years experiences in handling and managing 3 projects in renovating buildings.
  • A good command of written and spoken English and the ability to find fault and rectify subsystem.
  • A track record of career progress stability and knowledge in Project Management Software is an essential.
  • A professional Certificate in Project Management is an added advantage.

Job Title:  Quantity Surveyor

Requirements
  • A degree in Quantity Surveying, plus relevant industry experience, have a methodical commercial mind-set and experience of completing cost plans/forecasts, interim valuations and final accounts on responsive and cyclical maintenance projects, refurbishment projects and new building schemes.
  • You will also have good interpersonal skills having the ability to communicate commercial/financial information to non-commercial colleagues.
  • Office software skills are essential, along with the ability to meet deadlines whilst maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Experience in contracts, analysing loss and expense claims and extension of time claims, an analytical approach to problem solving, together with sound knowledge of construction is required.

Job Title:  Executive Driver
 
Job Description
  • Operate and maintain transportation vehicles with a focus on safety of goods and products.
  • Fuel the vehicles, ensuring that periodic scheduled vehicle maintenance is completed and reported.
Key Performance Indicators
  • Integrity of vehicle maintenance log book.
  • Good maintenance and servicing of vehicles.
  • Maintain log of vehicle maintenance.
Job Requirements
Required Experience:

  • 5 years minimum, driving in Lagos and inter state.
Qualification:
  • SSCE.
  • Valid and authentic driving licence
Knowledge & Skills
  • Vehicle maintenance.
  • Safety and precautionary measures.
  • Ability to read and write.
  • Adequate understanding of traffic/road rule.
