A reputable Real Estate Development Company due to business growth and expansion seeks to recruit qualified and result-oriented professionals to fill the position of SENIOR MANAGEMENT EXECUTIVE

JOB TITLE: SENIOR MANAGEMENT EXECUTIVE

THE JOB:
Involves the following responsibilities but not limited to:

Managing and supervismg the day-to-day construction activities of the company
Liaising with relevant government authorities and agencies
Motivating teams to achieve set targets
Designing time frame for project implementation
Collation of materials and valuation of project cost

Qualifications and Requirements:

The candidate for this post must possess BSc (2:2) or HND (Upper credit) in Civil Engineering or Construction Management or Building Technology with at least 10 years working experience in the construction industry.
Proof of practical experience as construction manager for at least 10 building projects
Must have strong communication, management and supervisory skills as well as inventory management skills.
Professional membership of relevant association will be an added advantage
Sound industry knowledge of and proven track record performance in real estate development
Forward thinking, creative and looking for challenges and must have personal integrity
