Job Title: Technical Procurement Manager

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Effective selection and management of suppliers/vendors in order to achieve the company’s strategic objectives.
  • Efficient transportation & distribution practices to ensure seamless operations in the company.
  • Forecast demand or create supply plans that ensure availability of materials or products.
  • Identify opportunities to reuse or recycle materials in order to minimize consumption of new materials, minimize waste, or to convert wastes to by-products
  • Establishing and sustaining relationships with Client and vendors
  • Processing Approvals, Reporting and Documentations
  • Design, implement, or oversee product take back or reverse logistics programs to ensure products are recycled, reused, or responsibly disposed.
  • Forecast demand or create supply plans that ensure availability of materials or products.
  • Timely customer communication and technology-enabled visibility to allow the company monitor product flows and collaboratively respond to potential delivery problems.
  • Review or update supply chain practices in accordance with new or changing environmental policies, standards, regulations, or laws.
  • Develop material costs forecasts or standard cost lists and negotiate prices and terms with suppliers, vendors, or freight forwarders.
  • Monitor forecasts and quotas to identify changes or to determine their effect on supply chain activities.
  • Define performance metrics for measurement, comparison, or evaluation of supply chain factors, such as product cost or quality.
  • Participate in the coordination of engineering changes, product line extensions, or new product launches to ensure orderly and timely transitions in material or production flow.
  • Design or implement supply chains that support business strategies adapted to changing market conditions, new business opportunities, or cost reduction strategies.
  • Conduct life cycle analyses to determine the environmental impacts of products, processes, or systems.
  • Implement new or improved supply chain processes.
  • Manage activities related to strategic or tactical purchasing, material requirements planning, inventory control, warehousing, or receiving.
  • Develop procedures for coordination of supply chain management with other functional areas, such as sales & marketing, finance, operations or quality assurance.
  • Document physical supply chain processes, such as workflows, cycle times, position responsibilities, or system flows.
  • Design or implement plant warehousing strategies for procured materials or finished products.
Requirements
  • A good Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • A Master's degree in supply chain management, MBA or MSc., Finance would be an added advantage
  • Minimum of 5 years relevant work experience in procurement/supply chain management within construction or Out-of-Home advertising industry.
  • Possession of project management (PMP or PRINCE2) and/or supply chain management certification is required.

Job Title: Chief Technical Officer

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Developing and overseeing the implementation of the asset management system, including the establishment of an effective and efficient operations unit
  • Developing and maintaining the strategic annual asset management plans and aligning with the departmental strategy and budget
  • Building and leading a multi-disciplined, multi-cultural and cross functional performance oriented project team
  • Maintaining & building relationships with relevant OOH regulatory bodies & third party vendors
  • Execute initiatives and innovations of products and services that contributes to the success of the Operations team and consequently to the organizational bottom line.
  • Developing and maintaining asset registers
  • Support Asset Development dept. with functional changes and site acquisitions
  • Monitoring & supervision of project executions in all strategic business units (SBU) to ensure operational excellence & synergy of operations within all SBU.
  • Managing cost and ensuring the units work within assigned operations budget.
  • Ensuring quality assurance on all OOH projects, plants and sites.
  • Designing and supporting better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning.
Requirements
  • A university degree in Engineering (Civil or Electrical), Business Management or related field.
  • At least 3 years’ experience at executive level (c-suite) plus minimum of 10 years’ experience at related field work in OOH business
  • PMP/Prince 2/ COREN
  • Professional membership of relevant regulatory authority
  • Involvement and knowledge of site acquisitions, site investigations, erecting structures/foundations laying, reading and interpretation.
