We are recruiting to fill the position of:

Job Title: Product Sales Manager

Location:
Lagos

Job Descriptions

  • The B2B / B2C Sales Manager will have a proven sales track record in growing and leading teams with a logical / analytical approach and a hands-on / practical delivery.
  • You will have strong Digital understanding and awareness, experience of working with offline sales channels would be desirable.
  • Experience in FMCG, Oil & Gas, Water, Food, HealthCare industries would be of particular interest, although all other industries will be considered.
  • You will be comfortable working as part of a matrix structure with the aptitude to build strong internal relationships working closely with cross functional teams and be able to challenge and influence your peers and management.
  • You will be extremely disciplined and motivated with the capability to champion and drive change, as well as work with minimum supervision.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • A minimum of Degree in a relevant field
  • Must be computer literate
  • Must be very organized and diligent
  • Should possess good communication skills
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience
The Successful Sales
  • Manager will have excellent communication and presentation skills, combined with strong commercial awareness to be able to influence and persuade decision making at Director Level.

Job Title: Sales Officer

Job Description
  • To achieve and exceed strategic new business sales targets.
  • The provision of management information as required to senior management.
  • To initiate, lead and manage the sales cycle and liaise with internal departments and prospects.
  • To successfully network within the industry to develop opportunities and company profile.
  • To manage the customer relationship and drive sales cycles forward.
  • To maintain a strong new business pipeline.
  • Provide qualified leads and book appointments to generate new business.
  • Follow up marketing campaigns and events to generate new prospective leads, identifying and qualifying opportunities for new business.
  • Engage and interact with decision makers at a senior level to identify new and emerging business opportunities.
  • Stay abreast of publicly available information on technologies and competitors.
Qualifications and Requirement
  • Must have minimum of three(3) years sales experience in a dynamic environment.
  • Must be a self starter and team leader.
  • Understand good customer management and operations efficiency.
  • Ability to make presentations to the level of executives.
  • Understanding of scientific industry or structure.
  • Master's Degree is an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent planning skills.
  • Must be able to work under pressure and meet dead lines.
  • Must be willing to travel when necessary (both local and foreign).
