Job Title: Receptionist/E-marketer
Location: Lagos
Job Responsibilities
- Answering telephone calls in a professional manner at all times
- Handling correspondence of a confidential nature and ensuring that confidentiality is maintained at all times.
- To perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time
- Creating your company’s an annual strategic plan as it relates
to email, while ensuring that it is aligned with overall company goals.
- Ensuring the email program aligns with strategies and tactics
across channels: social, mobile, web, search engine marketing,
retargeting, etc.
- To receive and direct visitors
- To maintain a front desk visitor’s register
- To deliver internal mail and personal documents services
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of OND or equivalent in a reputable institution.
- Good people management
- Must reside in Lekki/Epe axis
- 2-3 years of working experience in the same field
- Good telephone etiquette
Job Title: Executive Assistant
Location: Lagos
Job Descriptions
The Executive Assistant is expected to perform the following:
- To work closely with and provide executive assistant support for the Managing Director
- To take minutes and actions at meetings, communicating documented minutes in a timely manner;
- Review & proffer advice on correspondences requiring the Managing Director’s signature.
- Dispatch treated/untreated correspondences
internally/externally, as appropriate. Ensure the office of the Managing
Director interfaces smoothly with internal/external stakeholders by
carrying out the following: Creating, managing, organizing &
updating mailing lists for the office of the Executive Officer on MS
Outlook
- Provide appropriate answers to enquiries from external
parties/direct as appropriate. Manage, update & maintain a
confidential document management/filing system for the Managing
Director’s office
- Assist with the tracking and monitoring of the budget for the Managing Director’s Office.
- Write letters and memos, compile data for reports, create
presentations, write reports, transcribe dictation, edit and proofread.
- To perform any other tasks as requested
Qualification and Minimum Experience
- Minimum of B.Sc/HND in relevant fields
- Minimum of 2 years relevant work in similar field
- Professional membership is an added advantage
- Presentation skills
- Must reside in Lekki/Epe axis
Job Title: Marketing Executive
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Promotes, sells, and secures orders from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach.
- Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made.
- Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.
- Manage client orders.
- Develop and implement special sales activities to reduce stock.
- Supports marketing manager in day to day marketing activities
- Creating and developing new innovative ways to communicate the company message to their existing customers.
- Develop plans for advertising, sales promotion, public relations, personal selling
- Analysing and investigating price, demand and competition and sales management
Qualifications and Experience
- A minimum of Bachelor Degree in relevant discipline
- 2- 3 years working experience in the same field
- Creativity in marketing and effective communication skills.
- Must be computer literate.
- Must reside in Lekki/Epe axis
