Job Title: Assistant Manager, Business Development/Marketing

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Actively drive the marketing department and the activities of the team to steadily increase the population of enrollees in the Organization
  • Drives the business development and marketing operations of the company to meet and exceed set targets
  • Recognize key opportunities in the sector and market our healthcare bouquet to small, medium and big organizations
  • Proactively develop new health plans as the need arises and also enhance existing plans should there be a need
  • Design and drive the business development strategy of the organization
  • Embark on periodic research and development activities to continually identify business challenges/opportunities and proffer solutions where necessary
Requirements
  • B.Sc/HND in Marketing or any related field from a recognized tertiary institution
  • MBA or Masters degree in Marketing or related field
  • Must be very innovative and strategically aggressive
  • Must be able to create and handle power point presentations excellently
  • Proven track records of successful Marketing Operations
  • Must be target driven and result oriented
  • Minimum of 6 years post NYSC experience with 4 years in the health maintenance industry
  • Must be within the age of 33-40 years
  • Must have a personality and carriage that will command respect and attention
  • Must have good command of English language, posses negotiation and deal closing skills
  • Must be able to understand and speak Hausa language fluently



Job Title: Medical/ Quality Assurance Officer
Location:
Lagos
Key Job Responsibilities

  • Report to the Manager, Medical & Quality Assurance Department at the Head Office in Abuja
  • Hospital visitation to establish relationship, inspect facilities and resolve complaints
  • Vetting of bills
  • Ensure that Clients safety and satisfaction and promptly attend to all issues from our clients and facilities in Lagos and the entire South-West region
  • Constantly monitor the quality of care being provided by the facilities.
Requirements
  • MBBS
  • Must have a current practicing license
  • Minimum of 3 years post NYSC experience


Job Title: Client Service Officer
Location:
Abuja
Job Description

  • Majorly serve as the link between the Organization and our numerous health care facilities and our existing and prospective clients.
  • Continually device excellent customer service techniques to handle client’s challenges and requests.
  • Actively participate in the inspection of existing and newly enlisted facilities
  • Handle crisis management fairly and objectively.
  • Ensure harmonious relationship with key clients' contacts and HMO desk officers in all existing clients and the facilities under our coverage area.
Requirements
  • B.Sc/HND in Mass Communication, Marketing, English or any of the humanities from a recognized tertiary institution
  • Minimum of 3 years post NYSC experience
  • Must be result oriented
  • Must have good communication and negotiation skills
  • Must be able to multitask and work under pressure
  • Proven track records of successful
