Job Title:  Senior Sales Consultant

Main Responsibilities
  • Enhance sales staff accomplishments and competence by planning delivery of solutions; answering technical and procedural questions for less experienced team members; teaching improved processes; mentoring team members.
  • Service existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
  • Recommend changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
  • Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Focus sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers.
  • Submit orders by referring to price lists and product literature.
  • Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
  • Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing,new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
Qualification & Experience
  • B.Sc in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • Minimum of 12 years experience with a significant portion of that in RealEstate industry with market leaders and in high end luxury product categories.

Job Title:  Senior B2B Sales Executive

Job Description
  • Recognize and reach out to clients in businesses.
  • Pitch products and services.
  • Develop presentations.
  • Create and assess a business marketing strategy.
  • Develop sales quota targets.
  • Anticipate revenues.
  • Develop relationships with vendors.
  • Demonstrate company products and solutions.
  • Satisfy technical needs during sales cycle.
  • Articulate competitive positioning.
  • Develop competitive pricing strategies.
  • Follow through with customer and ensure satisfaction.
  • Oversee product development.
  • Create collateral to distribute during presentations.
  • Advise businesses on local, national, and international trends.
Qualification & Experience
  • Minimum 10 years experience in Corporate B2B Sales preferably with IPC’s like Broll, JLL etc or with large real estate companies handling their office leasing business
  • Should have good contacts amongst MNC’s and large Nigerian conglomerate
  • Should have a good and demonstrable deal closure pedigree
  • Must have worked in the Lagos and Abuja markets
  • Must be well spoken with excellent negotiation skills
