Job Title: Marketer
Location:
Bauchi, Nigeria
Job Descriptions

  • Advise customers on the insurance policies that best suit their needs.
  • The primary responsibility is selling insurance products to clients.
  • Actively seek out new clients and explaining types of coverage they may find helpful.
  • Stay abreast of the rates and policies for the different policies and how it applies to other insurance firms
  • Fill-out and submit applications, issue quotes, maintain client records and prepare reports. In the event of a claim, agents help their customers file and receive financial compensation for their loss.
  • Attending meetings and seminars on industry practices and standards is normally required.
  • Maintaining a customer database
  • Hitting sales targets
  • Investigating customer’s needs and advising appropriate insurance
  • Liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders including new and existing customers to drive sales
  • Arranging the effective distribution of marketing materials to sales team
  • Maintaining and updating customer databases;
  • Contributing to, and developing marketing plans and strategies;
Qualifications
  • B.Sc/HND in Insurance or other related field.
  • A minimum of 4 years' working experience with 2 years' in an Insurance firm.
  • Membership of CIIN would be an added advantage

 Job Title: Sales Specialist (Associate Decor)

Job Description

  • Sales of MFC: The role will be predominantly building relationships with Furniture Manufacturers, Joineries and thus generating Sales for Existing Stocks.
  • Understanding market Dynamics: Understanding Demand and supply gaps, keeping an eye on competitors pricing, suggesting which colors to bring in.
  • Market Covering: Meeting all clients at least once in a week, updating them on current stock, following up on payments. Achieving maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration within an assigned set of customers by effectively selling MFCs. Personally contacts and secures new business customers.
Qualifications
  • Proven track record of field based sales
  • 3-5 years of experience of selling building material products or Any product to furniture manufacturer
  • Capable of both managing and expanding existing accounts and generating new business
  • Strong presentation : Written & Verbal presentations, equipment demonstration, price negotiation and objection handling)
  • Commercial Acumen (Need identification, market awareness, competitor awareness)
  • Solution sales ability & Consultative in approach.
  • Stable career history of previous assignments.
  • Well presented with a Professional Appearance.


Job Title: Sales Specialist (Existing B2B Clients)

Job Description
  • Promotes/sells/secures orders from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach.
  • Demonstrates products and services to existing/potential customers and assists them in selecting those best suited to their needs.
  • Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails
  • Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business
  • Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales
  • Making your own targets, reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets
  • Making accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations
  • Lead sales efforts of new range products to existing customers & as well as new customer, Suggest new product (Door specifications in market what market wants)
  • Involvement in a sales process that includes both aesthetics with performance, reading drawings, discussing methods of installations as per customer requirement.
  • Drafting proper market report on new products development, quality issues, current market changes, competitor’s comparison on pricing etc.
