Be Better Consulting - Our client, an Abuja-based Facility Management company looking to recruit qualified candidates to handle all customer related issues at their property, for the position below:

Job Title: Customer Care Personnel

Location: Abuja

Responsibilities

Deliver excellent customer service to clients and prospects at all times.
Deal with and help resolve any customer complaints
Generate sales leads for the company
Maintain Company properties

Requirements

Excellent Customer Service Skills
At least 3 years experience in customer care in Real Estate Industry or any related field.
Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree.
Excellent Marketing and Negotiation skills
Excellent Communication / interpersonal skills
