Job Title: Personal Assistant to the MD (Male)
Location: Lagos
Job Description

• The incumbent will provide an efficient and responsive administrative, organizational, and logistic support to the MD/CEO; helping him to manage and prioritize his time to become more efficient.

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business Administration, Secretarial Administration, Public Administration or related fields.
• At least 5 years working experience in a similar position.

• The incumbent will be involved in the relationship marketing of existing customers as well as making new prospects to increase the customer base of the company.

• Ideal candidate should be degree qualified or has equivalent qualifications.

• Will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of security and safety equipment and gadgets.

• First degree/HND in Engineering, preferably Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
• Experience in the installation of security & safety equipment is an added advantage.

• The incumbent will be involved in the audit of the Group services.

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Accounting.
• At least 3 years working experience in an Audit Firm and/or the Internal Audit of a reputable organization..

• The candidate will work with the HR/Admin Head to carry out the core functions of HR/Admin.

• A minimum of B.Sc in any of the Social Sciences.
• A minimum of 5 years cognate experience in a reputable organization.

• The incumbent Will assist the Head, Information Technology for the effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware and software and related infrastructure and the Design and maintenance of company's website.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related fields.

• Must possess a current driver’s license & 5 years experience.
• Candidates residing around Egbeda, shari, Ikotun, Egbe, Ogudu, Ojota, Ketu is an added advantage.
