We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Financial Controller

Location: Lagos

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Directly supporting the CEO with respect to the execution of engagements transactions within finance function, which will include preparation of financial information and data for review by the CEO
• On-time budget preparation and forecast.
• Ensure that effective internal controls are in place and ensure compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and applicable federal state and local regulatory laws and rules for financial and tax reporting.
• Financial reporting / revenue verification and monitoring Loan Management.
• Oversee revenue flow and banking arrangements regarding loan monitoring and management.
• Oversee the overall function of the Finance department.

• Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgement and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses.
• Very disciplined individual, Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Analytic and decisive with the ability to prioritize and multi task
• A hands on manager with a high level of integrity and ethics
• Experience in communicating key data effectively, including presentations to all involved stakeholders

• A post graduate Degree in Business or Accounting related discipline.
• Experience: Above 12 years Accounting experience.
• Minimum of which 7 years MUST be managerial.
• An Associate member of ICAN or ACCA. A fellow would be an added advantage.
