We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Executive
Location: Lagos
Job Descriptions

  • Responsible for revenue production for the hotel and meeting and exceeding planned revenue objectives for occupancy and average daily rate (ADR).
  • Manage all areas of sales according to Brand Standards to achieve a professional rapport within the local business community.
  • Actively involved on a daily basis in securing, qualifying and following up on leads to book specific business, with central focus in sales.
Requirement
  • 3-5years experience in Hospitality Industry.

Job Title: Front Desk Officer
Location: Lagos
Job Descriptions
  • Experienced in the use of property management software like OPERA is a must
  • Experienced in customer service functions
  • Coordinate and managing front office activities
  • Attend customer's inquiries, handling guest reservations, check in and check out.
  • Ensure rooms' control and rate restriction.
  • Cashiering and banking.
  • Night audit's function is an added advantage.
  • Guest relations functions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft packages.
