We are recruiting to fill the position of:

Job Title: Facility Manager
Location: Abuja
Responsibilities

Shall be on duty throughout the normal office hours.
S/he shall also superintend the performance of all Contracted services on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
S/he is responsible for:
Maintenance scheduling and reporting services
Document management services
Monitor / manage corrective and preventive maintenance services
Provide technical support service
Surveillance and inspection of activities
Auditing of activities
Assessment of quality plan

Qualification

Minimum of a 1st Degree in Engineering, Facility/Estate Management and relevant professional certifications with at least 7 years professional experience.

Job Title: Electrical Technician
Location: Abuja
Requirements

Proven educational and professional training including relevant trade certifications with a minimum of 5 years work experience

Job Title: Plumbing & AC Technician
Location: Abuja
Requirements

Proven educational and professional training including relevant trade certifications with a minimum of 5 years work experience

Job Title: Generator Technician
Location: Abuja
Requirements

Proven educational and professional training including relevant trade certifications with a minimum of 5 years work experience
