• Aquada Development Corporation, a food manufacturing enterprise based in Nigeria, is seeking a Production Manager that will be responsible for the planning, coordination and control of all manufacturing processes.
• The candidate will ensure that all products are being produced in an efficient and productive manner.

• Overseeing the production process, drawing up a production schedule.
• Ensuring that the production is cost effective.
• Liaising among different departments, e.g. suppliers, managers.
• Working with managers to implement the company's policies and goals.
• Ensuring that health and safety guidelines are followed.
• Supervising and motivating a team of workers.
• Reviewing worker performance.
• Identifying training needs.
• Ensuring that products are produced on time and are of good quality.
• Working out the human and material resources needed.
• Estimating costs and setting the quality standards.
• Monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed.
• Being responsible for the selection and maintenance of equipment;
• Monitoring product standards and implementing quality-control program.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

• Educational background in the Sciences, Food Processing, Management, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in food processing, industrial manufacturing or related field.
• Must have hands-on experience working in a manufacturing facility.
• Must be willing to travel.

• Preparing and filing government reports
• Drafting legal documents
• Reviewing new business relationships with vendors and subcontractors
• Guiding managers on regulatory and compliance matters

• Representing the corporation before administrative boards
• Structuring joint enterprises with other organizations

• Educational Background in Law
• Minimum 5 years demonstrated success providing legal counsel.

• Aquada Development Corporation, a manufacturing enterprise located in Umuahia, is seeking a Chief of Staff that will be responsible for the management of all staff, personnel, and employees.

• Preparing and maintaining employment records related to recruiting, termination, leaves, transfers, promotions, etc.
• Coordinating personnel performance evaluations.
• Conferring with management to develop and implement personnel policies and regulations.
• Enforcing and ensuring staff compliance to all human resource policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Addressing employees relation issues, allegations, complaints, and concerns.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
