Job Title: Account Officer (IT)
Location:
Lagos
Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare all financial reports (including project accounts) for internal use, donors and regulatory agencies within time limits.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Must be fast and efficient in typing.
  • Ability to work without supervision.
  • Must be proactive and smart.
  • Review and process all receipts and disbursements, vouchers and invoices for all projects
  • Process the payroll, including payroll tax returns.
  • Reconcile the bank accounts.
  • Ensure fund requests are in line with approved budget and funds disbursed are properly retired.
  • Prepare and review periodic project budget with Project Director and Manager
  • Perform any other role that will ensure the overall success of the project
  • Ensure that the project is within budget.
Requirements
  • Mininum of OND in Accounting.
  • Experience in an NGO will be an added advantage.


Job Title: Monitoring and Evaluation Officer
Location:
Lagos
Job Responsibilities

  • Create internal mechanism to monitor project results, risks, assumptions and performance
  • Provide overall management for the design and implementation of the project M&E system
  • Develop project M&E Plan including a detailed Performance Monitoring Plan with associated indicators.
  • Constantly check on project activities and helps review progress made at every step.
  • Monitor and report all activities in line with project goals and objectives
  • Serve as an in-house journalist researching and collecting content and stories about the project’s achievements.
  • Document good practices, lessons learned trends, etc.
  • Manage the information-gathering process for quarterly and annual results and performance reports, in addition to other summaries, presentations, etc. for various audiences as needed.
  • Serve as the primary point person for all monitoring and evaluation related work
  • Perform any other role that will ensure the overall success of the project

Job Title: Project Officer
Location:
Lagos
Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day running of the project.
  • Use your teamwork and communication skills to ensure the project finishes on time and within budget.
  • Accomplish the NGO project objectives within the constraints of the project.
  • Prepare periodic work plan in line with the overall project implementation plan
  • Ensure all logistics are put in place for the successful running of the organisation.
  • Show excellent administrative skills and technological skills.
  • Identify, monitor, and respond to risk with approval from Project Director.
  • Ensure that all project activity reports are written, edited and submitted within stipulated deadline.
  • Perform any other role that will ensure the overall success of the project
Requirements
  • Mininum of OND
