Job Title: Sales Representative
ResponsibilitiesThe Sales Representative will be responsible for prospecting and meeting clients and ensuring optimum service delivery and customer satisfaction. He/she will build value based relationship with clients as the job necessitates to promote the company’s services.

Other Responsibilities are:

  • Achieve regular sales targets
  • Identify and generate leads
  • Ensure that all contact (written, oral and personal presentation) with clients is conducted in such a manner as to enhance the company’s reputation.
  • Implement company’s marketing strategies.
  • Review market analysis to determine clients’ needs.
  • In the case of a customer making a complaint, ensure it is dealt with quickly and that the procedure is adhered to.
  • Promote all services of the company to clients when the opportunity arises.
  • Ensure all quality procedures are adhered to.
  • Conduct telesales and in-person sales calls.
  • Manage and develop client accounts.
  • Implement company marketing and communications materials.
  • Be a brand ambassador to the company
  • All other reasonable duties as requested by the Head of Sales from time to time.

Qualification and Experience:

  • Bachelor Degree in Marketing or any other related course
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role 
  • Good business communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Be committed to delivering an unparalleled level of customer service.
  • Negotiating skills
  • Honest with high levels of integrity



 

Job Title:  Research and Communications Intern

 
Responsibilities:
  • Gathering data and turning findings into strong and original content through the Knowledge and strong use of the Internet.
  • Familiarizing with international news focusing on African development and making contents therein.
  • Handling online communication platforms such as (Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter)
Qualification and Experience:
  • University graduate (second class upper and above) or Master’s in International Relations, Journalism, African studies or related degree
  • Strong, verifiable references
  • Interest in the intersection between journalism and international development
  • Understanding and awareness of current pan-African development Challenges
  • Previous work experience in related field preferred·
  • Experience setting up and using social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter)
  • Strong internet research and investigative skills
  • Strong Microsoft Word and PowerPoint skills



Job Title: Head of Sales
Responsibilities:
The Head of Sales will be responsible for driving success for the HR Consulting/Employee Engagement market, coordinating all sales functions, develop and implement sales, campaign strategy, monitor and analyze sales activity against goals and maximizing company sales growth. He/she will monitor economic and other external conditions that may affect company operations including sales progress.

Other responsibilities are:
  • Achieve annual sales goals 
  • Develop and implement annual sales plans 
  • Assist in the development and creation of company sales target and forecast. 
  • Assist in the creation, development of new products and bring them to market 
  • Identify and generate leads 
  • Establish sales territories and quotas. 
  • Manage prospect pipeline from interest (establishing relationship), development (understanding need), and close. 
  • Directly manage major and critical developing client accounts, and coordinate the management of all other accounts
  • Establish and implement short –and long-range goals, objectives, policies and operating procedures.
  • Supervise the planning and development of company marketing and communications materials
  • Represent the company at various community/and or business meetings to promote the company
  • Supervise the preparation, issuance, and the delivery of sales materials, exhibits, and promotion programs
  • Promote positive relations with partners, vendors, and clients
  • Conduct telesales and in-person sales calls. 
  • Manage the proposal process. Participate in the development of new project proposals
  • Develop and maintain an effective organization through selection, training, compensation, motivation, termination and review of sales staff.  
  • Assist with maintaining proposal and RFP tracking database. 
  • Build and supervise sales associate staff. 
  • Direct and coordinate company sales and marketing functions. Develop and coordinate sales selling cycle and methodology 
  • Research and develop strategies and plans which identify marketing opportunities, direct marketing, and new project development
  • Develop and manage sales and marketing budgets, and oversee the development and management of internal operating budget
  • Plan and coordinate public affairs, and communication efforts, to include public relations and community outreach

Qualification and Experience:

  • Bachelor and or Master’s Degree with five years of experience and management progression in sales.
  • Experiences in Sales, Marketing or Banking preferred.
  • Experience in strategic planning and execution. Knowledge of contracting, negotiating, and change management.
  • Experience in strategic planning and execution.  Knowledge of sales pitches, contracting, negotiating, and change management. 
  • Knowledge of structuring sales quota goals and revenue expectations. Experience in planning marketing strategies, advertising campaigns, and successful public relations efforts.
  • Work requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to motivate teams to produce quality materials within tight timelines and simultaneously manage several projects. Ability to participate in and facilitate group meetings.
  • A combination of the completion of a Master’s Degree in Marketing or related field and 5 years of experience in managerial sales and or marketing position.
  • Knowledge of structuring sales quota goals and revenue expectations. Proven ability to grow sales revenues.
  • Work requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to motivate teams and lead strategic sales efforts.
  • Ability to participate in and facilitate group meetings.
  • Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule including regular travel
