FactBase Consulting Limited - Our client, a National Microfinance Bank, with foreign investors, requires career- driven, honest and intelligent Nigerians to join its team in Lagos as:

Job Title: Trainee Portfolio-Manager (TPM)
Location: Lagos

Education/Experience/Age

Minimum of HND, B.Sc., B.Tech in Business Admin, Social/Agric Sciences, Accounting, Banking/Finance, OTM and other numerate courses. Minimum grade: Lower Credit or 2.1
Post-NYSC experience is a plus but not a must.
Age: 24 - 28 years.

Main Responsibilities
Pre-loan disbursement functions:

Promote/market the MFB’s products! services.
Visit and evaluate potential clients’ businesses.
Prepare and present loan documents! file for approval.

Post-loan disbursement functions:

Monitor clients businesses.
Follow up on loan repayment.
Assess the impact of loan before renewal.
