Greensprings School is an international co-educational establishment
comprising of Pre-school, Elementary, Secondary and Sixth Form located
within the Anthony and Lekki environs of Lagos
We are currently recruiting suitable candidate to occupy the position below:

Job Title: Facility Manager

  • An experienced facilities manager with an electrical engineering background and Managerial experience
  • Applicants should have B.Tech , B.NG qualification or a degree in facilities management
  • Minimum of 5 years work experience
  • Age Range: 30-45 years

Required Competency and Work Skills
Candidate must be highly focused with a comprehensive knowledge and
understanding of various sectors such as operations, technical services,
asset or property management. A consistent track record of successfully
employing best business practices that improve efficiency, reduce
operating costs whilst increasing productivity:

  • Good Organisational skills
  • Good Spoken and written communication skills
  • The ability to manage a varied and complex workload
  • Technical knowledge
  • Renovations and office moves
  • General upkeep and maintenance
  • Managing refurbishment
  • Advising on energy efficiency
  • Negotiating best deals with contractors and suppliers
  • Management skills
  • The ability to control large budgets
  • Problem solving and decision making ability
