We are currently recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Credit Control Officer / Personal Assistant to the Executive Director
Job Description
You will be responsible for:

  • Generating credit report on customers
  • Do first level assessment for clients
  • Manage the regular publication of the unit
  • Carry out research for the executive director
  • Fix appointment for the executive director
  • Manage the diary of the executive director
  • Ensure that everyone in the team carries out their task and responsibilities effectively
  • Ensure the availability of necessary material needed by the unit
  • Effectively manage the team’s weekly meetings and events
  • Collate weekly sales report
  • Ensure proper documentation of files
  • Manage the reporting process for the team
  • Other task as may be assigned

Candidate should posses the following:

  • Minimum of Second Upper Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
  • Good managerial skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to details
  • Ability to be discreet and maintain high levels of confidentiality
  • Must have NYSC Certificate or exemption letter
  • Must not be above 28
  • Good problem-solving and organization skills
