Job Title: Personnel Manager
Location: Anambra
Job Description/Requirements

• Candidate must have a minimum of seven years experience in personnel or human resource management in key manufacturing firms in Nigeria.
• He/She must be a graduate with membership of related associations.
• Knowledge and use of HR software is an advantage.
• Exceptional communication and relational skills are required.
• Successful candidate must be based in the company headquarters in Onitsha.

• Candidate must have a minimum of seven years experience in sales and marketing in key manufacturing firms in Nigeria.
• He/She must be a graduate with in-depth knowledge and demonstrable experience in sales processes and relationship management.
• He/She must understand commercial law and enterprise risk management.
• Exceptional communication skills, high energy levels, ability to drive are compulsory.

• Candidate must have a minimum of five years experience in export procedures and processes.
• Knowledge of trade finance, supply chain management, clearing and shipping documentation, key markets for diverse products abroad is critical.
• Existing relationship with NEXIM, NEPC, etc is a plus.
• He/She must be a graduate with membership of related associations.
