Job Title: Confidential Secretary
Location: Lagos
Qualification/Experience

• Must possess B.Sc/HND in Social Science
• Relevant professional certification will be an added advantage
• Must have minimum of proven 10 years working experience in the field of Confidential Secretarial Administration and Personal Assistance to MD
• Must have sound knowledge of shorthand, report writing and proficiency in the use of computer and secretarial related software packages (Microsoft Packages, internet/social network platforms etc)
• Age: Minimum of 40 years

• Must possess OND in Office Technology or Secretarial Admin or other related fields
• Minimum of proven 2 years experience in office assistance or clerical works
• Age: Minimum of 25 years

• Must have excellent analytical, written and oral communication skills
• Have ability to work with appreciable initiative and minimum supervision
• Be confident, calculative, result oriented and medically fit.
• Be honest, proactive and ability to cope with flexible working hours

• Must possess B.Sc/HND in Social/Pure Science
• Must have minimum of proven 2 years working experience in the field of estimating or statistical related task in manufacturing or printing industry
• Must have appreciable knowledge of accounting/statistical related software packages(Print-wiser/Excel etc)
• Age: Minimum of 28 years

• Must possess OND/SSCE/GCE
• Minimum of proven 5 years security operations experience in manufacturing industry or in any security outfit with sound understanding of modern security and safety standards/practice and proficiency in the use of security/safety equipment.
• Professional certification in security/safety course will be an added advantage
• Age: Must be between 24 - 30 years
