Requirement

  • • Must Possess A Minimum Of OND In Any Discipline 
  • • Must Be Computer Literate 
  • • Must Be Fluent In English Language 
  • • Age 22 -30 
  • • Must Be Resident In Ibadan 
Job Description
  • • Maintain an inventory of room vacancies, reservations and room assignments 
  • • Register arriving guests and assign rooms 
  • • Answer enquiries regarding hotel services and registration by letter, by telephone and in person, provide information about services available and respond to guests' complaints 
  • • Check in and check out guests 
  • • Compile and check daily record sheets, guest accounts, receipts and vouchers using computerized or manual systems 
  • • Serve customers’ meals and drinks
