Job Summary

• We’re looking for both fresh engineers with boatloads of potential and senior engineers with experience with large, distributed systems, who can provide technical leadership across our systems, from the API to the backend subsystems. Cross-team coordination, time management and great communication skills are essential

• We are hiring super-bright and enthusiastic graduate trainees to work within Software Engineering team to support the development of a world class interfaces for our software platform.
• Our platform is built using cutting edge technology to process 50 billion events per day, real-time data analysis and integration with multiple partners across multiple platforms.

• Build a responsive UI for our new platform using HTML and Bootstrap.
• Interact with our Data Engineers to develop innovative ways of visualizing huge amounts of data.
• Develop solutions to User Story based requirements
• Building software to pass automated acceptance tests and delivery requirements
• Work together with the product management team to incorporate the needs of our customers and help them fulfil their goals.

• Strong web design skills especially with HTML5, CSS3/SASS, Bootstrap
• 2+ completed live projects i.e. websites, open source contributions, or academic work.
• Demonstrable experience with 2D or 3D graphic design software e.g. Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Blender, or an equivalent
• Strong verbal and written communication skills 
• Focus on simplicity, responsiveness and great user experience.
• Motivation to quickly learn and adapt the latest evolutions of frontend web technology.
• Experience with developing apps for Android or iOS is a great plus

• 2+ years of xperience with HTML5, CSS3/SASS, Bootstrap
• 2+ years of cross-platform experience working with RESTful APIs in web and mobile environments.
• Advanced knowledge in one or more of the following frameworks: NodeJS, AngularJS, Django, Ruby on Rails
• Focus on simplicity, responsiveness and great user experience.

• We are hiring experienced and passionate Marketing professionals, who will be responsible for generating and developing inbound and outbound new business opportunities across the company’s entire technology portfolio of workflow automation, big data analytics, and cloud computing products and services.
• We are currently seeking experienced Affiliate Marketing Coordinators who are knowledgeable about online and offline affiliate marketing and familiar with existing marketing campaign automation tools.

• Identify and recruit new affiliates that are capable of driving sales volume offline and online
• Negotiate and manage contracts and commission structures for affiliates
• Keep up to date on Affiliate Industry trends and developments
• Effectively coordinate with other team members and departments Reporting and Analysis
• Monitor affiliate activity, analyze performance, identify areas of improvement, and recommend ways to increase affiliate generated revenues
• Present regular analysis reports including number of affiliate partners recruited, conversion rates, sales generated and commissions earned

• 3+ years affiliate management experience
• Proven, measurable results in developing and growing an internal affiliate channel/program
• Demonstrated ability to initiate and grow relationships
• Knowledge and understanding of affiliate tracking methods, tagging and sale attribution

• We’re looking for an exceptional channel marketing leader with the experience necessary to plan and execute initiatives that will drive global growth of PM Global's channel programs.
• Collaborating with the partnerships, product, and sales organizations, channel marketing managers set the strategy and positioning of channel programs, drive insights from the existing partner ecosystem, develop to-partner and through-partner messaging, and manage events/campaigns to maximize channel program potential.
• With the expectation to strongly impact global strategy for the company's partner program, partner marketing managers must have the skills to succeed in a fast-paced startup environment and drive team execution on a variety of tasks.

• Conduct user, market, and competitive research to better understand our distributors, DMR’s, VAR’s and MSP’s and the competitive market landscape in which they operate
• Develop the value prop of the PM Global Channel Reseller Program in the market and articulate its value in all partner-facing messaging
• Drive awareness of the PM Global Channel Reseller Program through in-person events, webinars, digital campaigns, co-marketing initiatives and other marketing-related activities
• Own the partner readiness strategy for channel programs and develop/maintain partner-related training materials
• Develop through-partner marketing campaigns that partners can easily leverage in their demand generation efforts
• Build and mentor a high performing team

• 5+ years channel marketing, product marketing or partner marketing experience with at least 3 years of direct interaction with distributors, DMR’s, VAR’s or MSP’s.
• Project management skills: can prioritize high impact activities and keep complicated projects moving forward, working across cross-functional teams
• Track record of effectively delivering multiple and innovative projects in a fast-moving environment
• Ability to influence wide audiences at all levels and work effectively across functions and geographies.
• Analytical skills and the ability to develop market insights, marketing strategy and analyze marketing effectiveness and ROI.
• Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, and visual

• We are hiring experienced and passionate enterprise technology professionals, who will be play a critical role in helping organisations understand the value of our entire technology portfolio of workflow automation, big data analytics, and cloud computing products and services.
• We are currently seeking experienced Solutions Architects, who are able to demystify technology, optimise the sales process, and break down any technical barriers that keep our customers from evaluating and adopting our solutions.

• Know every detail of our enterprise technology portfolio (including our third-party integrations), and understand how enterprise solutions are managed and secured
• Support the Direct Sales team with technical product knowledge and objection handling in customer meetings, with travel as required
• Work closely with engineering, product, and account management teams to ensure smooth prospect-to-customer transitions and long-term customer success
• Help the Sales team move toward closing by making customer product trials a positive experience
• Respond to technical questions in RFIs and RFPs

• 3+ years of enterprise software or SaaS experience, with a demonstrated track record of success
• Bachelor‰'s degree or higher in computer science or engineering
• Outstanding communication skills with everyone from end users to C-level executives
• A deep understanding of computing systems and principles, particularly around the delivery of hosted services
• A strong desire to learn in a rapidly growing and dynamic startup environment
