Job Title: Medical Client Service Executive
Location:
Lagos
Core Purpose of the Job

  • Establish and cultivate relationships with a company’s clients.
Task Complexity:
  • Client service executives might execute training seminars so clients experience the greatest benefits from a company’s products.
  • Interface with clients frequently and maintain an excellent relationship with them
  • Oversee and coordinate client escalated operational issues
  • Manage and oversee effective dissemination of client information to operations teams
  • Develop sales proposals and collaborate with a company’s multiple internal departments to help improve the quality of products.

Qualifications

Job Specification (Experience & Training):
  • Academic and Professional: Bachelor’s degree in related field, Three to five years’ related experience, including medical client service or training; or Equivalent combination of education and experience.



Job Title: Medical Practice Manager
Location:
Lagos
Core purpose of the Job

  • This role is responsible for managing the business side of a general practice (GP). Successful candidate would be responsible for managing the practice's staff and budgets, ensures financial sustainability while delivering good customer service.
  • Makes key business decisions and oversees day-to-day practice operations.
Task Complexity
  • Works with physicians to develop business strategies and patient services
  • Designs and implements workplace procedures
  • Manages patient records and IT system
  • Recruits, trains, and supervises new administrative employees
  • Interacts with patients and gains customer feedback about the practice
  • Addresses patient complaints in a compassionate and timely fashion
  • Manages the production of patient brochures, newsletters, and other correspondence
  • Liaises with general practitioners, nurses, physiotherapists, and other medical practice employees to ensure they have necessary support
  • Oversees daily practice operations, including appointment scheduling, billing procedures, debt collections, cleaning, security, and occupational health and safety
  • Leads a team made up of medical secretaries, receptionists, records staff
