Job Title: Property / Facility Manager
Location: Lagos
Requirements

B.Sc/HND graduate of Estate Management, or related field from a recognized University /Polytechnic.
Possession of a Master degree Certificate, and or Professional Membership of NIESV (Nigeria Institute of Estate Surveyors & Valuers) is an added advantage.

Job Title: Operation Manager
Location: Lagos
Requirements

B.Sc/HND graduate of Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Building Technology or related field from a recognized University Polytechnic.
Possession of a Master degree Certificate and or Professional Membership is an added advantage.
At least 3 years of relevant and demonstrable work experience.

Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Lagos
Requirements

B.Sc/HND graduate of Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Building Technology or related field from a recognized University /Polytechnic.
Possession of a Master degree Certificate, and or Professional lean added advantage
At least 3 years of relevant and demonstrable work experience.
At least good quality work experience in an organized setting within the Real Estate Industry, and ready to demonstrate that experience in a SMART concept and plan.
Possession of e valid driving license is important as the lob activities as involve travel between several sites contacts.
