Job Title: Receptionist

Job Descriptions

• Providing follow up action on clients feedback and managing requests for compensation, where appropriate
• Ensuring that relevant departments are made aware of concerns raised by customers so that they may carry out corrective action.
• Recording customers feedback details in the Customer Relations Management System for producing management reports
• Recognizing possible customer relation cases and, where necessary, keeping records or arranging proactive service recovery

• The ideal candidate will be a confident and diplomatic communicator, with a positive, customer-oriented mind set.
• A Diploma/Degree in English Language, Social Science or the Arts
• Possess a minimum of one year experience
• Ability to maintain and build internal, external contacts
• A proficient knowledge of IT and media activities
• The ability to manage and prioritize a varied workload effectively as well as the capacity to work under pressure

• Establish best practices and stay up-to-date with digital technologies developments
• Set digital marketing strategies using all necessary tools (e.g. website, emails, social media and blogs)
• Research products, services and current strategies to identify new opportunities
• Analyze web traffic metrics and suggest solutions to boost web presence
• Monitor SEO/SEM, marketing and sales performance metrics to forecast trends
• Build strong clients relationships through social media interaction
• Keep up-to-date with our audience’s preferences and proactively suggest new campaigns
• Liaise with Marketing, Sales, Design and Content teams to optimize customer experience and ensure brand consistency

• Strong analytical and project management skills
• 2-3 years proven work experience as a Digital marketing manager / strategist
• Demonstrable experience with SEO/SEM and CRM software
• B.Sc degree in Marketing, Advertising or relevant field
• Solid knowledge of web analytics tools like web design and HTML, Google Analytics
• Hands on experience with online marketing tools and practices
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Working with the designer and other creative specialists to understand the design concept, and advising on how it can be implemented technically within constraints;
• Sorting out operational logic and business rules necessary for the feature to be reproduced correctly according to the designer's specification;
• Writing efficient computer code or script to make the various features work, ensuring that sound, graphics, animations and timings work as intended and make good use of processing and data storage capacity;
• Creating and linking databases to the user interface so that information can be retrieved, stored and processed interactively via the application;
• Writing html or similar input and using authoring packages where appropriate to create content and effects;
• Researching and keeping abreast of emerging technologies in order to be able to deliver the most up-to-date solutions, including learning new programming languages or technologies.

• Interactive design skills, such as user/task analysis and interface design/evaluation;
• Programming skills, such as authoring, engineering and quality testing;
• Higher National Diploma or foundation Degree in related field
• Understanding of layout, design and graphics
• Good communication skills
• Programming and scripting languages, such as c++, java, sql, php,.net;
• Knowledge of existing and emerging social media platforms
• Logical approach to problem-solving and meeting deadlines
